The Fragrance of Plum Blossoms, the closing performance of the first World Chinese Language Con-ference, was recently held at Beijing Language University.
The leaders of universities from the various countries that participated in the World Chinese Language Conference and more than 1,000 international students from 189 countries at Beijing Language Uni-versity enjoyed the performance together on Saturday.
The program featured excerpts from various genres of Chinese drama art, showing the beauty of dra-ma and promoting fine traditional Chinese culture.
The Plum Blossom Award Art Troupe brought the drama art boutique to the teachers and students, which helped to further stimulate young people's interest and love for traditional culture, improve their aesthetic taste and artistic literacy, and meet their growing spiritual and cultural needs.
