Trends: Traditional handicrafts have become popular souvenirs

 Eating tasty snacks and buying local specialties are important parts of any tourist's travel plan. At present, more and more Chinese tourists are seeing traditional culture as a symbol of high quality and have begun to prefer products made by skills that have been inscribed onto China's list of intangible cultural heritages.

The trend stems from public recognition of intangible cultural heritages' uniqueness and local features. Many kinds of intangible cultural heritages possess unique aesthetics and cultural connotations, which have been hailed by consumers, so concentrating on developing intangible cultural heritage tourism products can both improve the tourism experience and promote local culture.

The Cyberspace Administration of China is focusing on dealing with some issues on the internet to build a healthier online environment. The administration found that during the Spring Festival holiday period, some web users incited fans of newly released films to attack each other and irrationally purchase tickets to increase the gross of films.

In view of above problems, the administration urged and guided related platforms to take effective measures in a timely manner, seriously investigate and deal with illegal information, accounts and groups, and strengthen communication and guidance with key accounts, institutions and agencies to prevent problems from continuing to ferment. The platforms have suspended over 8,500 accounts and banned around 13,000 illegal messages.
