The past weekend in various cities across China saw a number of concerts from not only veteran musicians such as US band One Republic in Shanghai and Chinese Hong Kong singer George Lam, but also young promising singers like Zhou Zhennan. The richness of music genres and their performing styles have helped China's performing arts market develop rapidly and become a feast for young music fans.

In Guangzhou, South China's Guangdong Province, Zhou rocked the Guangzhou Gymnasium with two nights of his music and dance talents. Born in Chongqing Municipality, Zhou rose to fame by taking part in the music show The Coming One, finally winning fourth place in the national finals. After finishing in first place on the show CHUANG 2019, he debuted with R1SE in the central position during the final episode of the show.

The Love & Desire concerts in Guangzhou mark a new beginning for Zhou as his first solo concerts in years although he had performed at various music festivals across the country.

He was known and well-received among music followers for his music and dance styles, and the way he sees music as a bridge to connect with his fans.

The concerts were seen a new challenge for the performing art market as they bring something new and fresh. The themes Love and Desire were not only interpreted through his dancing and techno music, but also carried out through his understanding of music.

The concerts included singles like "You Jump, I Jump," "F.F.F" and "Desire" as well as his adaptions of classic songs.
